1 / The Chalets and Community Hall
The luxury chalets which sleep six people are entirely made from Correzian Douglas pine. The chalets are sited close to the Lac de la Triouzoune at Neuvic d’Ussel, in Corrèze, south-west France. The location offers:
- Complete tranquillity.
- Various on-site activities; fishing and/or swimming in the adjacent lake. (see further on for other on-site activities).
- Other available sports include water-skiing, sailing, mountain biking, forest hiking, horse riding, all within a few minutes from the site.
- Local shopping in Neuvic d’Ussel, only 3 km away.
- Many sites to visit within easy distance: the Château de Val, the Château de Ventadour, the Tours de Merle, several dams on the Dordogne river (Bort-les-Orgues, Le Chastang, Marèges, l’Aigle) ; the Gorges of the Dordogne with its panoramas, the Puy Mary, volcanoes, and the Monts d’Auvergne ; the Plateau de Millevaches with its wind turbines, and Mont Bessou panoramic tower (1,000 metre high) ; trips on the Dordogne river in a “gabare”.

Beds are made up and towels provided.

4 plate electric hob, table top oven with rotisserie, extractor hood and microwave oven. - Dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
- All cutlery supplied, coffee maker, toaster.
- Availability of iron and ironing board.
- Availability of baby equipment, cot, etc …

Fresh bread and pastries available to order.

Sleeping
 |
All bedding for 6 persons, changed at the end of each week.

Relaxation

Garden furniture and barbecue (and hamac available).- Direct access to lake (no need to cross the road).
- Wooded area with some very old beech trees.
- clean beach with both sunny and shaded areas.

A 60m² community room with terace, availability of barbecue unit.
